University of South Carolina Framed Panoramic Picture

This panorama, taken by James Blakeway, features Williams-Brice Stadium - home to the South Carolina Gamecocks football team. Williams-Brice Stadium, originally built in 1934 with seating for 17,600, today seats 80,250 and is currently the 18th largest college football stadium in the NCAA. The largest crowd in the stadium topped 85,000 fans. Competing in the SEC, the Gamecocks are known for their electrifying entrance to the '2001' theme song, as well as the traditional "rooster crow", which plays over the loudspeakers when the Gamecocks score. Established in 1801 in Columbia, South Carolina, the University offers more than 350 study programs with over 27,300 students. This print is mounted and backed up with foam core. Printed with UV resistant ink. The frame is black aluminum with glass. Outside dimensions are 13 ? x 40 ? . It measures 3/8 of an inch wide with a rounded profile (front).
